Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Evolve Media House (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a digital marketing agency operated as a sole proprietorship by Neetu Arora, based in India. This policy governs all services purchased through evolvemediahouse.com.

1. Nature of Our Services

Evolve Media House is a digital marketing agency providing professional services including social media management, content creation, paid advertising management, search engine optimization (SEO), and related marketing services. As we deliver professional services — not physical goods — traditional product returns do not apply. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms below.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 How to Cancel. Clients may cancel any recurring monthly retainer at any time by:

  • Emailing vishesh.arora@evolvemediahouse.com with subject line “Cancellation Request,” or
  • Calling +91-8602749588 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

2.2 Effective Date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The Client retains access to Services already paid for through the end of that cycle. No further billing cycles will be charged.

2.3 One-Time Projects. One-time project engagements may be cancelled before work commences for a full refund. Once work has begun, cancellation is subject to Section 3.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. First-time Clients are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days of their initial payment, provided that:

  • No significant deliverables have been produced, shared, or used; and
  • The Client agrees not to use any content, strategy documents, or materials created by Evolve Media House.

3.2 No Refunds After 7 Days. Beyond the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or change in business direction
  • Dissatisfaction with results (which depend on external factors such as platform algorithms, market conditions, and third-party platform decisions)
  • Missed posts due to account disconnects, password changes, or platform security actions
  • Partial-month usage or early cancellation
  • Client unavailability to provide feedback, approvals, or required inputs

Cancellation per Section 2 will prevent future billing cycles but does not entitle the Client to a refund of fees already paid.

3.3 Refund Process (For Eligible Requests Only).

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to 
  • vishesh.arora @evolvemediahouse.com.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • For payments made in USD via international card, refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. The amount credited may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations between payment and refund date; we are not responsible for forex differences applied by the customer’s card issuer.

3.4 Refund Settlement Timeline (After Approval).

  • International credit/debit cards: 7–14 business days
  • Domestic Indian cards: 5–7 business days
  • Bank/wire transfers: 7–14 business days

Delays caused by issuing or intermediary banks are outside our control.

4. Revisions

We offer up to two (2) rounds of revisions on any deliverable at no additional cost, provided the revision falls within the original scope of work. Concerns about service quality must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are not a substitute for refunds; the 7-day refund window in Section 3 applies independently.

5. Chargebacks

Clients agree to first attempt resolution through our support channels (email or phone) before initiating any chargeback. Filing a chargeback for services already rendered may result in immediate termination of Services and referral of outstanding amounts to collections.

6. Return Policy

As Evolve Media House provides only professional marketing services and does not sell physical goods, no product returns are applicable. All client concerns are addressed under the cancellation and refund terms above.
