This Service Delivery Policy explains how Evolve Media House delivers its digital marketing services to clients, including communication channels and delivery methods. This policy applies to all services purchased through evolvemediahouse.com.
1. Nature of Our Services
Evolve Media House is a digital marketing agency providing professional services including:
- AI Search Dominance & SEO
- Hyperlocal Marketing
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
- Social Media Ads & Management
- Web Design
- Marketing Strategy & Consulting
- Content Creation
We do not sell physical goods. All services are delivered electronically through digital channels. No physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery is involved.
2. Service Initiation & Onboarding
2.1 Service Start Date. Services officially begin on the date your initial payment is received and confirmed by our payment processor.
2.2 Welcome & Onboarding. Following payment confirmation, you will receive:
- A welcome email from our team
- An onboarding questionnaire or scheduling link for a kickoff call
- Initial access requests for the platforms we will manage on your behalf
2.3 Kickoff Call. A kickoff call is scheduled at a mutually convenient time after sign-up. For US-based clients, calls are scheduled to accommodate your local timezone.
2.4 First Deliverables. Initial deliverables (strategy document, content calendar, first campaign assets, etc.) are shared based on the agreed scope of work and the timeliness of information provided by you. Specific delivery schedules and milestones are confirmed at the point of sign-up and may vary based on project complexity, scope, and the service plan selected.
3. How Services Are Delivered
All deliverables are provided digitally through one or more of the following channels:
- Email — strategy documents, reports, invoices, written communications
- Cloud Storage — shared Google Drive folders for creative assets, content calendars, and reports
- Third-Party Platforms — content posted directly to your Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X (Twitter), or YouTube accounts under the access you authorize
- Project Management Tools — for ongoing collaboration where included in your plan
- Scheduled Calls / Video Meetings — for reviews, strategy sessions, and approvals
4. Delivery Approach by Service Type
The nature, frequency, and scope of deliverables vary by service. Specific deliverables, milestones, and delivery schedules for each engagement are confirmed at the point of sign-up, based on the selected plan, the agreed scope of work, and project complexity.
Common categories of deliverables across our services include:
- Strategy and marketing plans
- Monthly content calendars and social media posts
- Ad creatives and campaign assets (PPC, social media)
- SEO audits and ongoing optimization work
- Web design and development for one-time projects
- Performance reports
- Revisions and iterations within the agreed scope
Each engagement is bespoke — your specific deliverables and schedule are documented in your service agreement.
5. Recurring Service Delivery (Monthly Retainers)
For ongoing monthly retainers, delivery is continuous and measured by:
- Adherence to the agreed posting and publishing schedule
- Delivery of monthly performance reports
- Ongoing optimization and management of campaigns
- Responsiveness to client communications during business hours
A retainer month is considered “delivered” when the agreed scope for that month has been executed and reported.
6. Communication During Delivery
- Email is our primary channel for written communication and approvals.
- Phone / WhatsApp is available for time-sensitive coordination during business hours.
- Status updates are provided proactively at key milestones and upon request.
- Response: We aim to respond to client communications promptly during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).
7. International Service Delivery (US & Global Clients)
Evolve Media House serves clients globally, including in the United States. For international clients:
- Services are delivered through the same digital channels regardless of client location.
- Calls and meetings are scheduled to accommodate the client’s local timezone.
- Reports, content, and communications are delivered in English by default.
- Cross-border data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Payments are processed in your local currency (USD for US clients) via our payment gateway, with settlement to our India business account.
8. Delivery Confirmation
You have direct visibility of all deliverables:
- Content published to your social or ad accounts is visible immediately upon posting.
- Reports are emailed and made accessible in shared folders.
- Strategy documents are shared via cloud storage with appropriate access permissions.
- Invoices and receipts are emailed upon payment confirmation.
You may request acknowledgment or confirmation of any specific delivery at any time by emailing support@evolvemediahouse.com.
9. Delays & Non-Delivery
9.1 Delays Caused by Us. If a delivery is delayed due to a fault on our part, we will notify you proactively, provide a revised plan, and complete the deliverable as soon as possible.
9.2 Delays Caused by External Factors. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Client-side delays in providing access, content, feedback, or approvals
- Third-party platform outages, policy changes, or account-level actions
- Force majeure events (as defined in our Terms of Service)
In such cases, schedules will be adjusted reasonably, and we will keep you informed.
9.3 Non-Delivery Concerns. If you believe a deliverable has not been provided as agreed, please contact us at vishesh.arora@evolvemediahouse.com. We will investigate and respond as soon as possible. Refund eligibility, where applicable, is governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Business Hours
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM India Standard Time (IST)
Saturday, Sunday, and Indian public holidays are non-working days. For US client convenience, urgent matters may be scheduled outside business hours by prior arrangement.
11. No Physical Shipping
As Evolve Media House provides only digital marketing services and does not sell physical goods, no physical shipping, courier delivery, or postal delivery is applicable. All deliverables are intangible and delivered electronically as described in this Policy.
